I think part of the problem here was that this issue got brought up in
the current HSDir flag requirements thread and was harder to spot that
way. At least I overlooked it and I am sorry for that. Oh, and your
relay and contributions are indeed much appreciated (even though you
might got a different impression).

I am glad the bug you mention back then is on file now and we can start
tracking it down and fixing it (work on that began today).
