Hi,
I'm glad to confirm the setting you recommended greatly increased my relay
usage.
I set the limit to some MB/s, and the double as burst, in torrc, and now the
relay is fully used.
Many thanks for the indication. I now know it is not necessary to set a "mean"
threshold.
Where could any other "hints"/advice be found to enhance relays ? I know there
are the torproject's pages, which are full of information, but I'm not sure the
indication you gave was included (or possibily did I miss it).
