the resolute repo does not contain the deb.torproject.org-keyring package.
That sounds odd. If you use the Ubuntu repo, a keyring from Ubuntu
already exists.
If you use the TOR repo, you need to import a keyring, so apt trusts the
repo. Such a package might (haven't checked) exist there to
automatically update the keyring.
