Hi all, Done this month: - Worked on plan to recruit help-desk volunteers - Worked on automating adding resources to Transifex - Attended 2 applications team meetings - Configured RequestTracker for Berlin dev meeting - Sent the call for support / help-desk volunteers - Sent follow up emails to people who replied to the call for support
Next Month: - Confirm with selected volunteers - Follow up with all volunteers - Organize help-desk meetings - Add selected volunteers to RequestTracker - Attend Berlin Dev meeting - Answer tickets on Transifex
