Hello, here is the November 2015 report for SponsorR:
- Continued development on the shared randomness project (prop250). Lots of new code was written, and various discussions took place in the mailing list: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-dev/2015-November/009903.html https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-dev/2015-November/009842.html - Discussed potential tweaks to prop224 that would make next generation hidden services more resistant to HSDir DoS attacks: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-dev/2015-November/009884.html - Almost finished with implementation of the non-anonymous "Rendezvous Single Onion Services" RSOS mode for hidden services. People are already testing the feature and it seems to work fine so far. Further discussion on non-anonymous hidden service modes took place here: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-dev/2015-November/009879.html - Prepared some graphs that try to calculate the unused traffic capacity of the Tor network, both for hidden services and normal exit traffic: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-dev/2015-November/009971.html - Discussed the future of Tor metrics and how we can make it scale better: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-dev/2015-November/009983.html _______________________________________________ tor-reports mailing list [email protected] https://lists.torproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tor-reports
