* Released the OONI explorer with an accompanying blog post about it:

* Finished the final fixes required to the branch changing the JSON data format 
for reports and merged it into master:

* Fix a critical bug in ooni-probe and in the data processing pipeline that 
lead to timing information being skewed and some data being dropped in the 
post-processing of the pipeline.
