Short answer:
Not recommend.

Long answer:
You can not simply torify VirtualBox with torsocks or so.

Easiest thing to use two Virtual Machines. One works as a gateway, the other
one as the client. The client may only connect to the gateway through a virtual
internal wired network. The gateway has two network cards, one for
communication with WAN, the other one solely to communicate with the gateway.
It's possible to do that using a Transparent Proxy. [1]

Windows is not designed to offer strong privacy/anonymity or to be torified.
See Transparent Proxy Leaks. [2]

Even when not using Windows, using a Transparent Proxy does not only have
advantages, there are also disadvantages. TorBOX documents these pros/cons. [3]
