If there's a site that you need to access, and that site blocks enough Tor exit nodes to make access unworkable, just use HTTPS proxies on a Tor browser. If that doesn't work, try a free VPN, such as SecurityKISS or one from vpngate.net (Japanese site focusing on GFC subversion). You'll be less anonymous, of course, but you'll be able to access the site.
