There is development on automating updates for TBB > but not for relays as far as i know. When I typed tor --help I saw that I was running an older version of Tor. So I went and dug around the website and found the repo to add to my distro. Now I'm up to date and will stay up to date. I think I was reading that output wrong originally. Thanks!
