Hi
I am developing the manual applications section and it seems that some
programs are duplicated on the menu, for now I have put a section in
thbe manual for all the menu items.

I know the menu structure is work in progress so when we have the final
list of applications and where they can be found on the menu i can edit
the above accordingly
