Reason:
The error that refers to VM_global_library.vm is simply referring tot he fact that
velocity cannot find a macro file with the standard name. In actual fact torque does
not use this macro file so this error is normal behaviour.
With regards to the other problems you are experiencing getting torque to run I would
suggest that you will have much more success in getting a response by posting to the
turbine-user list rather than raising issues in Scarab.
