* src/generator/src/java/org/apache/torque/engine/platform/PlatformMysqlImpl.java
initialize(): Map MySQL's "mediumint" type to SchemaType.INTEGER.
Common applications like Bugzilla use this data type (e.g. the
"userid" field is of type "mediumint(9)").
