I'm not familiar with open source dev. I tried to run the 'jdbc' task against a Sybase database with the JDBC-ODBC bridge. It failed.
I made some changes in your code that made it work.
If anyone is interested they can "run a diff" on the file enclosed and integrate the relevant changes (the foreign key part in two places). Please let me know if you consider shipping the changes in the next releases. Feel free to contact me.
