The JndiDataSourceFactory has changed a lot since 3.0.2 Did you try to
use the version from CVS ? I did not look deeply into it, but I see no
reason to test for isEmpty() in the specified place in the current
version. I might be wrong, though.

Testing Configuration c != null is not enough. It is also nessesary to test

I don't know if this is the only place to modify code, but it is one place.
