data for jira project area

Hi,

for creating the Torque project area in jira, we need the following data:
- a jira project administrator. The person needs to be a Torque committer.
If no one volunteers, I can do it.
- The jira acount names of the torque committers.
- A project key. I'd suggest TORQUE here.
