This is a test profile for running the Torque Test Suite against the MS SQL
Server 2000 and up. It uses the jTDS jdbc driver (jTDS.sourceforge.net).
FWIW, It can be used with MS-SQL 7.0 by adding ;TDS=7.0 to the URLs. However,
the MS SQL adaptor is based on 2000 and so there are some minor problems
getting the tests to run.
