To keep you informed about the proceeding, I have republished the web site pointing to jira as an issue tracker.

I have also tried to close the torque modules in scarab (by marking them as as "deleted"). This did have the effect that noone can see the issues any more, which is not what we want. I did not find a possibility to make the modules read-only, so all we can do is to comment anybody who is still using scarab that the entry wil not be considered and should be made in jira.

I also attached the tsv exports to the INFRA-761 issue. Unfortunately, comments and attachments will not make it to jira, but one can transfer them manually where needed.

Sounds good to me. I can help do the TSV import (not done one before,
but worth learning).

Sorry for the delay in answering, I was on vacation the last two weeks.

The Issue INFRA-761 is not invalidated. I had hoped more people would move
their issues.

I'd suggest to proceed as follows:
I'll republish the Torque site with the issue tracker pointing to jira
instead of scarab.
I'll set the scarab project to readonly.
I'll create a TSV export of all scarab issues which are not migrated
manually and attach them to INFRA-761 (including the closed issues)
and afterwards ask the jira admins to import that list. Attachments will
not be transferred to jira (because the used scarab version does not export
them in TSV), but one can always transfer them manually.

Any objections ?
