Ok, I'm through with the stuff I announced for today. Before RC3 is cut,
we should update the dependencies to newer versions if available. E.g.
dbcp has released 3.2.2, which fixes at least one bug which is also
relevant to Torque. I'll do that tomorrow (my brain is done for today),
unless anybody has objections against updating the dependencies.
This is all I wanted to do before RC3 is cut. However, I do not have a
good idea about the open jira issues at the moment.
