Tnx for the info. I've seen that the Sequence name is hardcoded in the 
MapBuilder classes and integrated during the build process of the object 
model.

I've now changed the Torque Code for DB2. It works now perfectly with 
DB2 Sequences :D

does anyone know who Torque finds out the name of the sequence for a 
primary key in a table ?

As far as I know there's nothing special added to the automatically 
created sql of Torque because of defaultIdMethod="sequence" in the 
schema-file.

Does the sequence's name match the name of the pk ?
