Torque 3.1 API errors migrating from 3.0.1

I have just finished porting an application from torque 3.0.1 to 3.1
.... Well almost

There are two errors - 

 

1) The criteria class no longer has the method : addOrderByColumn.  

Is this intentional?   How can I determine the ordering of a returned
collection in 3.1?

 

2) The method getPrimaryKeyAsString from the Base class seems to be
removed as well - trivial.
