hello, about: Firebird & Torque
Before starting with an project I'd like to know if there are any big known obstacles with this comibnation. Any configruation hints ? Does the driver type interbase always work as "fake", if DBFactory is used, or is there a cleaner way arround? Is there somewhere a database adapter for firebird? Any known issues with massiv blob usage ? Does it work with tomcat (any hints)? Any known differences in configuration of torque for firebird under linux and win (besides the uri ;-) )? Torque over Firebird seems to work without transaction handling (e.g.: if using the IdBroker). Where to handle this ?
