Hi Karl,
The templates come packaged in the generator bin distribution. The reason
for separating the templates as an extra artifact was to clean up the
generator jar, but it is still a part of the generator in my eyes.
An independent place to download the templates jar is
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/torque/jars/
