No, I think I've seen it before, but I don't recall where. Actually,
though, it goes away when I remove the registry entry. So it looks
like it's somehow related to that. In fact, it looks like it's a
knock-on effect of the additional extensions included there.

Thanks for the help with this (particularly as it's only peripherally
related to TortoiseHg). Once Mercurial is set up, it's great - but it
can be a tricky beast to get installed cleanly :-(
