I verified the patch using "hg import" and it does contain a transparent image with filename icons/tortoise/thg_logo_92x50.png The old file size is 8537 bytes, the new file size is 8219 bytes. I can see the difference using "hgtk about" with TORTOISEHG_PATH set to the repo I imported the patch into. Old image has a white box background, new image shows the grey dialog background close up to the dialog. I have attached two images showing old and new tortoise head. Do you get the correct file size after import? I'm using Python-2.5.1, PyGTK-2.10.4, GTK-2.10.13 but I don't think this should matter.
