I just found today that Mark Hammond has released the build 211 for
his Python for Windows extensions, pywin32. TortoiseHg's Explorer
integration support is done via pywin32.

So far, we've been relying on a interim build 210.5 (specially built
by Mark Hammond for our use) to get around some of the issues,
particular those with Vista, on our last few releases. I presumed the
same fixes have made it into build 211 as well.

I will need some time to evaluate build 211, to see if everything is
working fine for TortoiseHg. I encourage those interest in development
of TortoiseHg to give it a try too. Also, I won't have a Vista box to
try it on, so any help on this will be nice.
