Can you make tab-expansion optional, defaulting to 'off'? I personally
prefer no having the tab expanded, but understand it's usefulness to
some. Looking at the code, perhaps tortoisehg.tabwidth can serve that
purpose, i.e enable tab expansion when it's defined in hgrc.

BTW, I saw the same tabwidth retrieval code appearing in several
modules. Maybe can make a util function in hglib or some some place
appropriate?
