I see you removed the bold font of the diff header in 4a6f54cc0e8e when all hunks are rejected, which causes the header cells to shrink and create some flickers on the diff pane (like what we used to see with italic fonts on rejected hunks). I think we should keep the bold font, since it is really the only distinctive feature that identifies the header, and it remove the flickers.
