I am at my office now and I cannot reproduce the problem! It was there
yesterday and there was no reboot since then so I do not know what to think
about it.

I have several tests with that repository yesterday and the probem was always
present. Then I moved to a repository with English file names only and the
problem disappeared. I have just one idea now: yesterday I went to that problem
repository right after the reboot after new thg version installation. Probably
it depends on this in some weird way.

I think the issue can be closed for now. I will repopen it if I encounter it
again.
