Description:
launching a dialog from the context menu in a repository subdirectory with
files selected in the explorer shell should have the approximate same behavior
as if you had switched to that directory and typed the command on the command
line.

I suggest we accomplish this by deprecating hgproc.py and adopting hgtk for all
shell launching purposes.

context menus of all supported shell platforms should be as close as possible.
