New issue 24: Rename dialog does not handle non-ASCII charaters. http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/24/rename-dialog-does-not-handle-non-ascii
Oleg Tazetdinov / TON on Sun, 22 Feb 2009 11:29:53 +0100: Description: It is the same trouble as with some other dialogs before. The file name is displayed with question marks. If these question marks are overwritten with a new file name the file gets some garbled name. I believe resolving this trouble will resolve issue 5 as well. You can check both issues with the attached repository bundle. Responsible: tortoisehg -- This is an issue notification from bitbucket.org.
