Comment:
  For some unknown reason, update, merge and some other similar dialogs 
completely ignore the delete event that the CTRL-Q keyboard handler sends to 
them.  I'm afraid this is going to require some repository wide work to make 
all these work correctly, so I'm holding it out of the 0.7 release.
