This has the bug fixes listed below, and I spent considerable effort on the installer scripts to make them more automated. The locales and man pages are now built automatically at build time (rather than being supplied from an MQ patch). Also in this release, I used a recipe I found on the interwebs to reduce the duplicate inclusion of DLLs in the final release package. As you can see, this package is 3MB smaller than the last nightly build. Let me know if you have any problems with it.
