I can see you only listed the sections per GUI tool, which are only
adequate for users that are somewhat initiated. IMO, something more
'full-blown' will be needed to serve the larger audience, especially
the new users. The TSVN help doc is a good benchmark.

p/s: I have actually started to write the official 'book' for
TortoiseHg a few months ago, but had to put it on hold due to other
priority.
