In case 1 below, the files that I had unchecked become checked. This also applies if the number of 'Don't Add' is greater than the number of 'Add Me' files. If some files are selected in the Folder, only they appear in the Add Files Dialog, all checked. After selecting file 1, 2 and 4, did you right click on one of the selected files to bring up the context menu?
