New issue 88: Could TortoiseHg remind the Synchronize Window status

Description:
Currently for the Synchronization window, all the settings are not keep in
memory, that means each time you close the window and reopen it you loose your
settings. For example:
- if the "Advanced Options" panel is open or close
- All the options checked in the "Advanced Options" panel (when you reopen the
window, everything was cleared)
- The options for the pull button ("Do fetch" and "Update to new tip"). This
one is very annoying for me because most of the time I want to fetch!
It will be very handy if TortoiseHg could remind the options, such as we don't
need to set up again and again our preferences each time we open the
synchronize window.
