  Hi. Sorry for the delay .. I had to reinstall things and try it again.

The commit results in a "Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger" popup saying "An 
unhandled win32 exception occurred in hgproc.exe [pid]".  I'm not sure which 
this is - a traceback or GPF.

I checked and there are no files larger than 10MB that were committed.  (There 
were 2 17MB files tortoiseHg warned me about the first time so I didn't include 
them in the commit).

I did the clone again and it succeeded this time, so I'm not sure what happened 
the first time.

Let me know if there is any other information I can provide.
