  The overlays shouldn't have any affect, but having other context menu 
extensions installed can very easily cause this.  This almost certainly an 
issue with interoperability with other tools, since most people don't have this 
problem.  There doesn't seem to be a general solution to the problem as we 
don't have enough context when we generate our own context menu to know whether 
the separator is required or not.

I'm tempted to fix this by making this user-configurable.  So people who see 
this problem on their machines and are annoyed by it can simply turn on an 
option to include an extra separator.
