They're not serious errors, but they do indicate at least one bug in the commit 
dialog.
It looks like it has problems with non-ascii commit messages.

These are all caused by GTK+ spewing error messages to what it thinks is the 
console.
They get picked up by Windows, which generates the log file and that error 
dialog.

It's so nice of GTK+ to give us a completely useless line number: 551 is 
gtk.main()

hgproc.exe2.zip:

These are more serious.  They're tracebacks from trying to launch visual diffs 
on
unknown file revisions.  If you have a repro case for this, it would be quite 
useful.
It looks like it's the same revision all three times.  You also might want to 
run
verify (in the recovery tool) on the repository that caused those tracebacks.
