  Hi,

If you have a large repository and you do a commit, the commit windows can take 
several seconds or minutes before appearing. So it seems the commit didn't 
work, and you try to commit again, so several commit windows is appearing...

I think you should do like TortoiseSVN: when you choose commit, you immediatly 
display the commit window, but then you display a progress or waiting bar, and 
when the full scanning of the folder tree is finished, you can display the list 
of file you can commit.
