Issue 170: Log file should not be written in "program files" folder
http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/170/log-file-should-not-be-written-in-program-files

Comment:
I just pushed a change to hgtk on crew to capture stderr to a cStringIO which
I can then parse at exit.
* If I don't find any tracebacks in stderr, I just throw it all away
* If I do find a traceback, I report it to the user with the new bugreport
dialog (cut-paste friendly)

I may change my mind and append the 'harmless' looking data to the end of a
logfile
somewhere, but at the moment I'm not inclined to keep it around at all.
