  I haven't done an attachment here yet, I hope this works.  The hgcmd.pyc 
obviously goes in the hggtk subdirectory of library.zip, overwriting the 
existing file (though you might want to rename the original one out of the way 
in case this one has problems).

Try a small commit first to test that the change took effect.  The title should 
be 'hg command' and the status bar text should be truncated at 80 chars.  Then 
please try it on a commit that you know crashes.
