  Replace all instances of dialog.question_dialog() with gdialog.Confirm() and 
clean up imports, only 7 real occurances so this should go pretty quick.

The Confirm dialog has Yes/No buttons, so the ctrl-enter accelerator isn't 
needed here.  But I will add it to the Prompt dialog and other places where 
there are OK/CANCEL buttons.
