  Using TortoiseHG 0.7.5, item icons in the Windows Explorer context menus are 
drawn using inverted colors (against the background color) which doesn't 
produce good results, especially with darker selection background colors.  
TortoiseSVN doesn't do it like that, for example:

One may notice this for normal menu items, also.  It appears if the normal 
background is white the icons are drawn as intended, but if the normal menu 
background is darker the colors get distorted.  I guess this is why the issue 
is not as apparent using the Windows XP style Silver theme.
