After the directory is renamed the first start is ok though the window is not 
maximized as I like it. If I do not touch anything then each start gives the 
same result (good one).

After I change something (like maximizing the window) each new start gives a 
different layout until it ends up with a changeset tree occupying the full 
window. It is possible to drag out the other parts though.

All the experiments were done with changelog viewer. The same applies to commit 
tool.

I will try to attach my directory contents. Somehow the attachment link does 
not work for me right now.
