I am certain that there was no option to merge on the Explorer context menu. I am certain that when I right clicked on a head changeset on the Changelog tool I did not get a merge option either. I am also sure that when I selected a head changeset and then right clicked on the second head changeset I did not get a merge option either. What I am not sure is whether I tried to first select a head changeset and then right click on that very same changeset. I have gone back to 0.7.4 for now so I cannot test it anymore.
