  Now would be a good time to revisit these issues.   After the refactor on 
crew we have two python packages:  hggtk and thgutil.  Both are needed by the 
hgtk script and it's dialogs.  thgutil now supports a __paths__.py file, and we 
include one in contrib/win32 that is used by our Windows binary installer (it 
is copied into thgutil by the install script).

The nautilus extension can still be in it's own rpm package, since it has extra 
dependencies, but the rpm would only need that single file.
