  Since installing a new version of TortoiseHg takes time (at least 1 reboot) I 
think that having as much info about what is being installed before hand is 
quite important.
I do not think we should be too concerned about newbies, since they are quite 
unlikely to be installing the crew version!
But what I really had in mind is to get some sort of idea of the level of 
confidence that the developers have on each new crew release. Personally I was 
quite afraid to install one of the latest crew releases that was marked 
"experimental" (what could be potentially more unstable than an experimental 
version of the bleeding edge version of a 0.7 beta product! ;-) ). I think that 
a few lines explaining why the release was experimental (basically, "what to 
expect" from the release) would be really useful to help the testers decide to 
try or not to try a certain crew release.
