New issue 234: Synchronize error dialog misleading

Description:
If the URL in the synchronize dialog is not specified properly, an error
dialog is redundantly shown when the synchronize dialog is closed. I am using
WinXP SP2 THg 0.7.5.

To reproduce:

1) Bring up the synchronize dialog

2) Type in an invalid URL - I added a '-f' option before ssh URL to try and get
a push to be forced.

3) Click Push

4) Error shown in the main text area:

*** ('push', GetoptError('option - not recognized', ' '))[command interrupted]

5) Fix the URL by removing the '-f' option and re-click Push.

6) Close the dialog using the standard X button in upper-right corner

7) Error dialog displays saying:

See the logfile 'C:\...\hgproc.exe.log' for details.

Looking at the error file, it is the same error as was already shown above. It
looks like the dialog notifies whenever the log file is updated. I think this
is misleading, especially if the last command worked successfully and the error
message/content was given already
