Can you please export and paste the following two subtrees from the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{B456DBA0-7BF4-478c-937A-05130C2C212E}
}}}
(this should be the last registry check for the context menu. Thanks for your
