But my point is: there is already some lines for the merge tool in the default 
Mercurial.ini (and we only have to change the priority in the ini file), why 
not also put the line for the diff tool, such as we only need to uncomment the 
line if we want to use it?

What I mean is by default in the ini file we have:

[extdiff]

cmd.vdiff = C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\kdiff3

;cmd.vdiff = C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\TortoiseMerge.exe

;cmd.vimdiff = gvim.exe

So as as a Beyond Compare user, I'm a bit jealous of the kdiff, TortoiseMerge 
and gvimp user, and I also wanted to see one more line for BC3...

Anyway, not a big deal...
